Recommendation is on the ground floor shopIt is recommended to buy crab etc and eat at the hearth burner on the second floor.Taraba did not come up to the drift, but in the morning the snow crab was cheap and the price was excellent.Postscript ... The food is very delicious. Fresh, shrimp is very sweet. Not to be missed is the Hokke fish, the fish that is the highlight of this place. There is parking in front of the store. The menu, press the tomatoes, and then coin.

Seafood restaurant attached to fishmongers which we visited for a late breakfast. We were able to select from a range of dishes on a vending machine before sitting down. This restaurant seemed to be popular with Tour Buses of visitors. I opted for a seafood rice bowl whilst my friends chose the crab bowl amongst others. All were served with accompanying pickles an miso soup. The food itself was delicious, and the service was fast and perfectly adequate. I’d like to visit again, to try the open grilling of fish and seafood we watched on tables nearby.

When I came to Monbetsu on the 4th day of Hokkaido, I stopped by looking for a restaurant for lunch. The system for buying food vouchers and the inside of the restaurant with a barbecue stove were in a different atmosphere from the dining room. I ordered a bowl of ice floe and a small bowl and I received it very deliciously. You can also buy souvenirs such as crabs at a nearby store.

The shop looked like a wholesaler to us as we stopped by. As we enter the shop, one gentleman came to explain us how it worked. We may select some sea food from the shop and have them grill in a restaurant on the 2nd floor of he attached building. Or you may order some food direct in the restaurant. We had crabs and Hokke fish (Mackerel). Just perfect. And they were cheap.
